Sample Pickup Service (Courier Service) Form

To schedule a pickup follow the steps below:

Step One:

Enter your Contact and Project information

Step Two:

Enter the date, time and location of the sample pickup (if other than office or if there are multiple office locations).

Please note that our complimentary courier service requires that the pickup can be made anytime
Between 9AM and 5PM. Pickups on other time frames can be accommodated to meet sampling schedule or project requirements, but these services will normally incur an additional cost.

Specify number of samples, sample matrices, requested analyses and TAT.

Step Four:

Submit your request.
