PSS routinely provides data electronically in the following formats:

• Microsoft Excel (.xls)
• Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf)
• Text File (.txt)

Other formats can be accommodated and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Report files can be customized to include, or exclude data fields to fit seamlessly into your reporting structure.

Report files in your preferred format can be delivered by one or more of the following:

• Stored on a CD and mailed.
• Sent as an attached e-mail file through the internet
